We are small but stable interstate carrier in central NJ (Lovely Trucking LLC, DOT 700067). We maintain our power units and trailers (flatbeds and step-decks) very well (we have our own mechanical shop) and pay a lot of attention to the company and drivers safety.
We are looking for OTR power only, flatbed and step-deck drivers with 6 month and up of experience, good MVR without recent violations like speeding, seat belt or unsafe driving.
Drivers are two-three weeks out. We pay 33% from gross (real one, not just to attract the folks and offer something else) and provide guarantee payment of $2100 a week. We also pay for dead miles each week.
