Holland Enterprises and Magnum Ltd. have rider program starting at day one.
Try Red Leaf Corp.(dry van) and Jones Bros. Trucking(flatbed) - not sure if they're day one, but maybe.
Looking for something better

Will look into them as well. Have read alot of food things about Holland. They seem to be the best overall fit for what I am looking for
Swedish Chef Thanks this. -
Just about anything is better than what I'm doing now. The worse equipment I've ever dealt with. My assigned truck is broke down about mtouhly. Just got it back today. Go to hook up and the air line snaps, Ok things happen. I'll call in and use the back up truck.
3 calls no answer, so screw it I'm just gonna run with it I'm already about to be late. Nope. Wrong answer, back up truck has an air leak, trailers locked up and won't move. 45 min later no response from the boss. Left another message -
Holland ent. Must not be to eager for drivers. Lol... put in my app last night. Still haven't heard anything. So I went ahead and called, left a message for Becky in recruiting. Meanwhile, did finally get rolling this morning at my current nightmare of a company. Just another day.

Steady work equals reefer. K and B out of South Sioux City, Nebraska pays a 500 dollar signing bonus. 45 cents per mile to start. You will run 2500 plus on a 7 day week. $1150 per week. I saw 3400 mile weeks. Nice fit for where you live. Give them a call.

May have to do that... need something soon.

Went and read some of the threads and online reviews about k&b... think I'll pass. Hope you are doing well there, but a roll of the dice company isn't for me. Way to many consistent horrer stories for my blood

Long Haul Trucking out of Albertville, MN is hiring. They do mostly flatbed from what I can remember. They have a lot of O\O's but do hire company drivers.
