It's not his job to care, he might be one of those type of people. But bottom line is he can't get you arrested, he can't really sue, nothing. You're fine, just take care of your family!

He paid most of that 400.00 with your cash advance which leaves you with 250.00 You owe him.that's just a drop in the bucket not worth coming after you.he would be spending more for legal action.I doubt you have anything to worry about.but if he does want his money then offer payments and make good on your promise.

You're fine. A friend of mine paid a flight, hotel 2 nights, taxi for a driver, who used the flight/taxi/hotel, and when it was the 3rd day to start working, this guy was GONE. He was pissed, but he couldn't do much about it. So you are fine, don't worry that he can charge you, or anything. If you work for him, he may take it off your check, but he isn't even going to send you a bill.

I know but I'm going through too much right now and no condition to drive otr

YEA I'm going send his money back.

That sucks. That was a huge waste of time. He even said he can get my cdl pulled cause I used his truck to go to hospital and to store. All of which was on route home. AND I have 21 speeding violations.

Maybe I missed these details, but , you're not abandoning his truck somewhere in B.F.E. are you .... where he has to go to great expense to recover it ??
That would be wrong.
Get the truck to a mutually agreeable drop point. If you just leave it abandoned in Cooterville, WV you'll likely be facing a civil suit for recovery fees since your wages owed is almost a scratch. -
He can't get your CDL pulled. LOL. You didn't steal the truck, or abandon the truck. He is mad, for whatever reason. He can't do anything, and I wouldn't worry about it, unless you did something that you're not sharing. But for what you are saying, you're free to go by law.
