    I applied to Gemini a year ago, and just yesterday they sent me an email saying they had selected another candidate.

    Are they that far backlogged, or did they pull up my old résumé and look at it again for their current opening?

    At least they were considerate enough to inform you that they went with someone else.

    I have applied to one company 4 times in the last three months, calling and leaving a follow-up voicemail every time. When I don't get a reply I assume they filled the position, then a few weeks later I see the job advertised again.

    Wish anyone there would at least email me and say "Hey loser, we don't want your kind working here so stop applying and clogging up the voicemail box".

    This company's pretty weird when it comes to their app process. Been trying off and on over the past, four years and no dice. Oh well. The longer it takes, the more experience I continue to muster with the moo-joose!!
