Hello all, and many blessings. My name is Lew, I'm from the wonderful Land of Enchantment, but I'm a born and raised Texan (Go Longhorns!!!). I am a 12 year vet behind the wheel, mostly oilfield but I'm experienced in many areas including long haul flatbed. I recently purchased my own truck, obtained my own authority for the first time, and hooked up with a broker to haul hay. From this perspective I am sort of new, I'm hoping to run across seasoned individuals who would be so kind as to give me some tips, tricks of the trade, shortcuts, and just plain old good advice. I just want to say that I was born a Trucker, I've known this most of my life but only came in to it officially 12 years ago. You know what I'm talking about when you know it's a gift you have, like a surgeon, to perform this- it flows from you. Anyway, hope to hear from some one soon. Take care, and drive safe. (LB)
