If you are the only driver like my self, you only need the random drug screen enrollment. Your dot doctor knows everything you need to be legal. It’s 60 dollars a year. Call them and tell them you have new dot numbers and tell them you want to be legal. They will not scam you like all the ######## out there want to do. Your dot med card doctor will get you legal with one phone call

 

About a course, did someone take a drug and alcohol awareness course in Able Safety and online?

OOIDA has a bunch of videos you can watch online “business series” or something like that.
All sorts of topics if you’re looking for a free education..

I watched a few they had about drug testing etc

 

The DOT has free training sessions on-line, no need to pay Uncle JJ and no reason to pay any scammers...

 

If you are "Just a Drivah" as in company being paid by Munchkins in HR under W2 and told where to go what to do by big poobahs in Dispatch, none of this applies to you.

Now if you hold title to your own truck or trucks plural then you are required to have some form of drug and drinking testing in place by people trained to do it within your small company. I have never heard of a driver being given the keys and training to randoms etc. That's such a conflict of interest.
