If you are referring to a diesel engine in a commercial truck, I am sorry to say that by simply changing either the intake or exhaust manifold won't change anything. What kind of truck and engine do you have?

Get ahold of one of the following for some good info.

    http://www.fulltiltperformance.com/index.html

    http://www.pittsburghpower.com/

I've worked with both, always helpful.

From what I've seen and Heard go with manifold one of these two companies use. Fuel Mileage .3 MPG +

Price will depend on the type of engine you have.

I put one on my 05accert cat from PDI. Went from 4.5 mpg to 6.1 but the factory manifold was leaking from the slip joints so bad it did not want to boost up. Took me about 6 hours to change it. I cant remember the price I think it was about 1200 bucks plus you have about 400 in other parts gaskets studs and such

There's only about 8 bolts on the intake anad a couple of hoses and sensorrs to unplug.

again, what Kind of engine are you running? If its an Acert then you are going for a full day change out. If a C-15 or E-model it'll be only a few hours.

There are two brands you can get if you have a Cat Acert or E-Model and those are the Full Tilt Performance ones and the PDI ones. Personally if I were to get a new one again I would go for the Full Tilt.

    pricing for them.

both a PDI will cost bout 1100

but Full Tilt has higher flow and lower turbulence though, and Offers a high peformance Ceramic coating that will help keep the Heat down in EGT and underhood temp. also will cause less Looks great and helps with HP and Fuel Mileage more.

FT also offers a Higher Spec. Studs and bolts that come with.

For Full Tilt's it will be around 1100 for one uncoated.
    and 1500 coated.
and like 1650 with a Set of Custom Stainless Steel Spacers that help cause less tension on your mount studs.

If you have any other type of Manifold, the only place to go is Full Tilt or Pittsburgh Power. And the price varies on the model.

Get ahold of Full Tilt or Pittsburgh power, they will probably have one on hand or one ready for you within' a week.

Again, look all the benifits listed above. they will be with also go along with that one. It will be ceramic coated.

No idea on price. I will figure that out for you. if you want.

from pictures it looks like it would be a few hour job, but they would know more on that.

Or if you want, I could find a place around Florida that might have em.

and feel free to ask more questions...
