Meritor Freedomline Specifications

Looking to see if anyone has a pdf file of the advanced diagnostics and information on the internals of ZF Freedomline Transmission.

Have the TransSoft program downloaded and the basic troubleshooting shooting and maintenance manual.

Called the ZF Tech Support and asked them about it and got sent a nice pdf file that has the parts manual, basic troubleshooting/maintenance, and TransSoft quickstart and install guide all in one, but wasn't what I was needing.

Have a trans stuck in an extended CH self check mode after start up with no faults and will no shift. This is a completely rebuilt trans that has been started, ran, and shifted. The GS3 tcu on top was throwing multiple codes for internal faults so that's been replaced under warranty.

TransSoft is reading the shifter function, regulated air pressure to 105psi, neutral gear desired and attained. I don't know what any of the position counts, clutch position percentage, or really any of the more specific readings should be at to be able to tell if anything's up with them.
