I was arrested for DUI in Jan of '07, however it was dismissed and as part of the deal with the prosecution it was not included in my record (I pulled a copy of my MVR and it's not there). My license was never suspended and it was a one time offense. My MVR shows two things on it since 1999:
1. A ticket for doing 15-25 over limit in November of 2010
2. An accident, my fault, all damage to my car in April 2012
Should I disclose the DUI arrest (no conviction).

Here's what I would do if I were you. I'd apply to one company that I did not want to really go with and let them run the full check on you. They will either offer to hire you and then you'll know it's ok or they'll deny you and when they do you'll request your -free- copy of the report from Hireright.com Once you see that background check you'll know what they're all going to see.mje Thanks this.

If it ain't on the report then keep your trap shut about it. On the ap it says have you ever been convicted of the following or has your license ever been suspended. If it has not then you x no. None of their business if it was dismissed.
Your concern should be the 15-25 over which to a OTR company is reckless driving and the accident? Can't steer a car, then why let him steer a truck? Someone will pick you up but it will be a short stay if you get another ticket in the next couple of yearsmje Thanks this. -
It might not be a bad idea to wait until January 2023. This way it will be at least 15 years past the date of the DUI, at least 12 years passed the date of the speeding ticket, and at least 10 years passed the date of the accident. I have heard of trucking companies going back as far as 10 years on an MVR report.
In the mean time, keep your MVR clean, stay as gainfully employed as possible (for a good 10 years plus work history), get yourself as physically fit and healthy as possible, and stay out of trouble with the law.
Good luck to you!

Ha ha a little extreme you think? 5 years after a wreckless driving conviction and you're fine, I know from experience. If it wasn't classified as that you're fine. If you add up all my points on my license since I've gotten them I have over 50 (that's a LOT). Granted my license is clean now but no company is going to hold anything but a DUI against you for more than a couple years. Good luck.
