I used to work for GM, building steering columns. One day, managment came to us and said, "Everyone doing QC will be required to put their unique number on the column jacket. That way, if the column has a problem, we know who inspected it."

A few days went by with me writing my number, 666, on every column before the department foreman came to me and said, "Uh, you can't use that number anymore."

Well alrighty then.

So just know that if you drive a 99 Corvette or Buick Regal and see Triple Six on the column, it was signed by the one and only, Barcode.

 

I'm convinced it's his real, birth certified, name actually.

In my case there must be 10,000 Daffy Ducks, Master Blaster, Hot Wheels, Cueball, etc etc etc. Mine was Earplugs (What in the world is that? -Hearing aids *Rimshot...) not many knew that one. Most of the time it's a one way converstation on the CB at scales, bad word followed by you are too heavy!!! get back there papers now. Right....
