I think that if you push it, you might be able to get into school next Friday. Im scheduled to start on Oct 6th as well, but I talked to the guy running the dedicated account Ill be driving for and he told me to see if I can push and get into an earlier class, that way I can go down there and meet him. Just need to find my Birth certificate, get a copy of my SS card, and my permit and Im set to go, lol.
Also...you can ask about pay too, they should have a good idea over the phone what you could make. Turns out my starting pay is going to be about 40 bucks more a week than the recruiter told me. Of course, Im running dedicated, so in my case Im salaried.
