Need Assistance

Everbody knows it's always the drivers fault! yeah, the company wants him to roll , and if you don't they get po'd but, The thing is...if you roll and something happens it becomes the drivers fault. If you feel it's unsafe you should call safety. Anytiime you feel unsafe whether it's being too tired or the weather, etc. That's why they are there.

 

Me = terminated for insubordination

I refused a dispatch I did not feel safe accepting.

 

There is never an "official policy" in any company that mandates drivers do anything overtly or excessively dangerous. That would be rather stupid, not to mention I suspect illegal... Unofficially, however...
