need heated water separator info

I have a 1998 4964FX with the Cat 3406E. It has the heated water separator with the clear bowl on the bottom. At some point, someone must have disconnected the wiring plug for the heating element and probably cut the plug off, going by previous wiring hacking that I have run into. If anyone has one of these setups, could you please tell me where the original plug comes out of the harness so I might be able to find the correct wires to hook it up. I am guessing it must be fused somewhere also, but do not see any fuses or relays marked for the water separator heating element. My access freightliner program is not working on my new computer, so I currently do not have wiring diagrams available until I figure it out. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
