From what i've been reading im sure noggin is probably the one to hear from. Need to hear from a driver what are the miles like over here. Why do i keep seeing people getting kicked out of orientation. i know every company has its downfalls but what are meltons? Any other info is welcomed. Thanks

Main reasons you will be excused from orientation is if something shows up on your record that you omitted, you fail your physical, road test, balance test, etc. as for downfalls, I'll let other drivers tell you about theirs, because I really haven't had any in the 2 years I've been here.

My miles have hurt a little the last month, mainly because they were keeping me close to Texas because of my home time request. But I've talked to other drivers that siad they are still doing decent. After the new year, it will pick up a little. I usually average 2200-2500, often get weeks over 3k. It all depends on your work ethic, some drivers like to stretch 1100 miles loads out over the entire 3 days they are given to do it, instead of doing it in 1.5 days.
