Then leasing is the last thing you want.
What you need (If you are serious about making a career in trucking) is to find a second chance company and stick it out as a company driver for 2 - 3 yrs. Show some fortitude and stability. Keep your nose clean.. you are not in a position to be arguing or bickering with anyone. Yes sir.. no sir.. right away sir.. if you cant manage that then go flip burger or change oil somewhere for min wage.
Trucking requires a lot of self discipline. Its not an RV adventure traveling the country. Its a job, you are being paid to deliver a load from point A to point B. Nothing in between. You are responsible for the well being and correct operation of that truck. No one wants to hear a driver whine and complain about everything. A good driver commands respect and will find job offers coming to him instead of the other way around. A good driver is the one quietly minding his own business, does what he is asked and never makes excuses.
If you are not sure or not serious about this line of work, then maybe go back to school for something else.

And that, my friend is why there is turnover upwards of 110% in this industry.
And when you're doing a 34? Almost 3 days no pay, sitting in a truck going out of your mind. Most people can't do it. -
You really believe everything you read don't you..... As for the OP, find something else to do. You've stated that you think trucking is a big mistake. If your dac is messed up and your attitude is "it's one big mistake", going to a company that's bottom of the barrel or leasing a truck (really?) is just going to make it worse. Move on, cut your losses and the best of luck to you. Trucking is truly something you have to want to do. I'm not being mean, but maybe it's not for you. It's ok. It's not for a lot of people. Good luck Jay.Straight Stacks, Lonesome, Puppage and 2 others Thank this.

Try reading the post :
"Don't know anything about the company; one mans trash is another mans treasure.
I just know they're there but can't honestly recommend or not recommend. I've read they do lots of produce and refrigerated from California/Southwest to East Coast. "TruckDuo Thanks this. -
i was reading your advertisement for the company. Anyway you could always tell him about that one guy who made $800 one week at that other trash company.

a non-dac company may get the same result from the OP. Some introspection is in order, I think. How many more times will the OP try before the realisation that this industry isn't the future? I will say that I had my share of jobs too, but one day you have to decide, work for a year or 2 for stability's sake and then move on.
