So it could be possible that is what I would be doing until I got some seniority......agree with what you say and will definitely keep that in mind thanks.

Of those, I would recommend Central or FedEx. I wouldn't waste spit on XPO's parking lot.

you seem to have gathered quite good infos on those; every driver will preach that his barn is better than the next.
Lots of LTL experience though will depend on the yard you are based off.

I d say go with the Purple, but i am not quite familiar with their dock to truck program, maybe kimbosa can share his 2 cts as he is knowledgeable in the area.

what you might want to look at also is the extra board stuff - aka the B,, well they basically call you when they need you. Night , days, linehaul, city , whatever they need when they have a driver shortage they cant't fix.
however i am sure that when you switch extra/city/line you do indeed loose any seniority

Really? Have you had a lot of problems out of this company?

I tried to be as detailed as I could... I have looked into some extra board related jobs with the company. I do know it can be feast or famine for some of the newer guys though.

I voted XPO, because of the above quote. Seems all they have are "twenty-something" year old rookies...why break the trend.

Main reason they had my interest was the pay and training

I do know for certain that they run cameras and are one of those outfits that wants to account for every nickel.
