Negativity

It seems to me that the companies have created that problem.

 

To the OP ...I'm an optimist and always have been ..been at this 30 plus years no accidents period , why the negativity ? Its because this has become a treadmill minimum wage job and I would never recommend it to anyone that wants to make good money and raise a family , this used to be a good living but not anymore for a young person just starting out ...I'm 52 and have my own truck with a very small payment and don't have to run hard or live in it and am happy for the stress reduction in my life , however I feel sorry for these kids coming into this biz and being thrown on the treadmill ..also glad my 21 year old son wants nothing to do with trucking .

 

Why so negative towards drivers? I'll go out on a limb and say you've never been a driver. Probably have limited experience as an employee. There is no excuse for what some companies do to drivers or employees, period. The truth is just that, it has no positive spin, or negative spin. Is everything said true? Probably not, but there is obviously some negative experience, or they wouldn't be upset enough to post. If a company treats employees unjustly, they should be outed. Plenty of trucking companies have lied about drivers, but I suppose that is completely justified. #racetothebottom #ranbypsychopaths

He has a point alright, the trucking industry has become very negative for alot of reasons

Some of these guys are worth every penny, lol, all 29 of them per mile

 

Superflow I think you hit it. One common part of companies that complain about drivers and shortages, they pay crap and expect gold.

 

Sorry dude or spice guy or gal. The Holy grail isn't in all of us. These are the days of no accountability. So it's always somebody else's fault. So get with the program. Plus wheel holders are always going to find something to cry about. Don't hate the game. Hate the whiner.

Op...as a said business owner or whatever you are, do you think every employee you have or again whatever you are is happy? As was mentioned this is the forum to report a bad company so what did you realistically expect to find here?
