I can, because we certainly aren't without our share of malcontents here at my company.

We have a few longtimers who claim to be miserable doing what they're doing, yet do nothing to change their circumstances when the opportunity opens. Those people deserve no sympathy.

Thankfully, the chronic complainers who walk in off the street never last.
