New 2022 579 pit

This truck only is about 30k miles on it, I Had to jump start the battery one day which is not a big deal it was down for 2 weeks while my drivers were home, the problem came after we jump started the gps of the ELD system stop working, also my drivers personal gps, we got a new ELD device and he bought a new gps thinking that that would solve the problem and nothing, after his Google maps started giving problems, we think there is something blocking the signal from inside the truck because he gets out of the truck walks about 50ft and any gps system work, I took it to Peterbilt and they can’t find anything, changed all the cables of the ELD system, do any of you might have an idea what could be blocking the system? I don’t know what else to do at this point, thanks in advance
