Hello everyone. I hope I'm posting this in the right place. If not, please let me know.
Pics attached. I've just installed a new ABS ECU and relay valve on a Wilson hopper trailer, and can't seem to get the air lines routed correctly. The system is a Haldex AQ964111 ECU with an AL364040 relay. I have the ABS relay valve screwed into the rear auxiliary air tank, the one that controls the height leveler valve. The tank isn't capped off, it's just an open 1/2" pipe.
The trailer brake service line is going from the blue modulator valve into the service port of the abs relay valve (green) and delivery to brake chambers from relay valve to brake chamber valves (red). The blue valve in the first pic also has delivery or something to the brake chambers via the larger hoses coming off the bottom of it. When the brakes are being charged with the dash valve pushed in, I’m just getting a loop of air and brakes aren’t releasing. Does it have something to do with the relay being screwed into the tank? Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Any help is appreciated, harvest time is here! Thanks!!
