    This. A lot of aspects of this job get better with time. When you start, everything will take you a little longer. Once you get even a few months experience you'll find that you start to get faster/better and things start to get easier.

    My drop and hooks used to be a big process, lol. I'm still god awful at backing bobtail (it's embarrassing), but after that, it's just a quick jaw check, landing gear and lines. Not sure why it used to take longer, prolly always thought I was forgetting something, lol.
