What brand is it?

 

If you are using peoplenet, use the Status button from a standstill to change to "ON YM", and enter a note of fuel or whatever. Should stay on that status until you reach 20mph.

 

This is a brand specific thing, so naming the brand would be helpful.
The regulations state it can be configurable up the 5MPH, nothing there has changed.

 

Yeah my qualcomm just upgraded to elogs from aobrd. It took a little getting used to at first. Couldnt figure out how to use pc time so i ended up logging out more than once. Now i got pc time figure out so i can bobtail without fearing of being a complete degenerate outlaw criminal

I barely use it. Say to go down the street to walmart or whatever. Im usually on and off in 15 to 20 mins total both ways. Just sucks because i couldnt figure it out, i found u have to put the remarks for it to work . kind of dumb

 

depending on the brand of equipment, you may need to use 'granny gear' and just putt-putt away from the fuel island, or around the yard.

 

ELD will go into driving mode when you hit 8km/hr or 5mi/hr. just stay under those and you'll be fine

 

One good jerk will take care of that.
