New owner operator

I am sure this question has been ask a million times, but I'm going to ask it anyway. I have a few trucks running under someone else's authority, but plan on going out on my own, my question is, is there someone out there in the state of texas that is getting out of the business that wants to merge their DOT so I can assume it before they just let it go. Of course it's more to the process, but if interested let me know and I can give details on the process.
