New owners, next steps?

Oh I know. I just enjoy rubbing it in on occasion.

 

Perhaps the whole site should shut down and instruct people to use search? I am old school I like communication. My friends in real life often repeat the same things not sure why its forbidden on this forum. I know myself I used search here and get topics from 2005 that are irrelevant or from posters that are no longer here that cannot expand upon their comment.

 

I'm kind of in the same boat, I bought a fixer upper a couple years ago. It's about ready to roll. I've been told to get bobtail insurance and an inspection. They will supply dot #s. I am looking at blowers now.
