Sorry asking this but I've searched for the past 4 hours for the pay breakdown for recent grads and I just can't find it anywhere. So please some one help me out...
I did find that during the 8 weeks of team driving you split .32 cpm. What is the pay after that? I have 2 offers so far and I graduate school in 2 weeks. I'm trying to decide on a company to start my career with and thus far USX has been the leading company.
Thanks in advance for your help

DaRealyst.....I'm in the same boat as you, graduating in 3 weeks..........besides studying for the course, all I've been doing is looking at trucking companies online.
If you find a big difference with one that really stands out please let me know. I'm looking for the BEST pay....don't care where I drive or how long, "bene's" are basically the same.
I'm also thinking about USX, one reason they have a terminal here in Jacksonville, so if they're all basically the same, why not? -
is jacksonville a terminal or a drop yard.

ATL-1, thats a very good question! I know they do "orientation" at that yard in Jacksonville, their building contains numerous offices, and every time I ride by there are some 50 of their tractors in the yard, most look brand new, unassigned, but only
a minimum number of trailers. They look like they are on the same property (side by side) of ARNOLD! I gotta believe they are an "associated" company, even though they have separate offices.
Looks like they also have a large maintenance garage, as well. So I'm not really sure I know the difference between a "drop yard" and a "terminal".............JEEEESH........talk about me being a NEWBIE!
