Hi guys, I have a 2022 International LT, Isx 15, not using Def since last trip and getting a derate. 3738 and 3548 fault codes active. No air or def getting to nozzle on air solenoid test and pump override test. Can hear the click on solenoid test and air pressure is getting to the big squared module behind def tank (where all hoses meet). Small leak on one of the hoses. Clogged line probably? Don’t know where to start.
I had a guy that bought 3 or 4 new trucks and had issues from the start. He brought them to me and I was like dude take that thing back to the dealer. You PAID for a new truck and it is under warranty. He took a couple back but one that ran on propane that had a huge coolant leak on the cylinder head he let some other guy work on it. No way I would pay for someone to work on my truck that is new and under warranty.
Fwiw..If you open the DEF filler cap and you hear a vacuum sound it’s a clogged vent and will give a derate warning. Been having this issue with my new truck…vent keeps clogging.
