part.jpg 1989 F9000 with Cummins NTC-300. Seems to be missing cap/plug on the head. There is blow by when engine is running. My question is what is this missing part called? Part Number, or on the web. Second is there to be alot of blowby coming from this hole? Seems it has been doing it a while. Passenger floor board side is saturated with oil.

That is the new style rocker box that could be used for an STC or standard timed engine. Yours is a standard timed engine. That is a pop in plastic plug with an o-ring to seal the oil.Can not tell you the numbers but get a new one ordered by your CPL and engine serial number. Get all of the old one out of there you can and pop the new one in. Don't worry about the blowby from the old one or what you can't get out. It will drain out the bottom.
