I checked them out probably 4-5 years ago. Just too much micro managing for my taste. The company I did end up going with, my dispatcher had worked for them, and didn’t have too much good to say about them, but that’s one man’s opinion,

Meh, I got offered a job with Nussbaum but I literally would have had to move to another state (South Dakota) to take it. I'm not going to MOVE ME AND MY FAMILY in order to drive for a nationwide carrier, ridiculous request and denied. Nothing bad to say about them other than the fact they don't seem to grasp how OTR drivers operate.

U made the right decision imoBlagoje Thanks this.

They are pretty adamant about their 34 hour. No way am I gonna get home Saturday morning and leave Sunday night “to get a few hours down the road.” They have good equipment but the driver facing cam would be a no-go for probably 8 out of 10 drivers, including me.

There’s so much about them being left out of this thread, on purpose. Put up all the rules, requirements, and other BS, too. As it is, this is nothing more than a recruitment advert for the OP.

How is having a driver faced camera, showing respect? Does HR, operations, payroll, or any other division have cameras about 1.5’ facing at them? If you really owned the company, wouldn’t you want to change that?
free spirited1 and Dna Mach Thank this.
