What area you work in has a big effect on this as far as house deliveries are concerned. I’ll take a rural area any day over the likes of the Washington DC suburbs where all the uppity Starbucks drinkers will demand everything under the sun.

Also, a good indicator of how difficult one may be would be what you see parked in the driveway. I cringe when I pull up in front of a house and see German cars vs a pickup truck with NRA bumper stickers on it for example.
