Ok seriously?

Load tables are fun squeezing. The U-pack forget trying, anyone available has to reset and square the wagons. Not 1 guy at our shop does it. We all do it everyday. This terminal had to be built for horse & buggy

 

Maybe he was one of those million milers. It was a trick of the trade to obtaining a million accident free miles.Hog two docks! No one backs into the front of your truck.

You got to think outside the box to be a millionono miler!

 

Yea wat you all think is incompetence is actually a refined skill this driver mastered.shame on all of you.

The way a driver parks his truck directly reflects his professionalism. In this case....he has none!

 

I just wish those could have realized in school they did not have proficient backing skills and would have accepted reality and looked for other line of work before somehow getting a license and a CDL school "graduation certificate" and getting out and making it difficult for himself and others.

I don't like to put down the skills of others (especially the new ones) but there are times when it's obvious the individual is going to tear up property before he makes it through the next few weeks (and probably washes out as they should have many months ago before being cut lose to solo) and this is both sad and frustrating.

Who ok'd that driver to solo is what I want to know? That is the person who needs a good beating.

 

The only excuse for that is if there is one dock and your tractor will be in the street otherwise

 

Can go back&forth on this forever--What I don't (&never will)understand is how ANYONE can have so little pride in themselves&what they do--that anyone's conscience would Allow them to behave this way?
