I don't know why the links didn't go where they were supposed to as they worked for me when I double checked them.

There is no magic formula for staying fit. Garbage in -garbage out. Try to make your own food if possible and make smart choices when you have to eat out. Don't fall into the it's a salad so it must be good trap. Some of these salads they sell have more bad calories in the dressing than a grilled chicken sandwich and a baked potato. Know whot you put in your mouth. Write down every bite you eat and you will be amazed at how much a lot of us graze everyday..

As for exercise it 's the same. A good gym is hard to beat. But just taking a walk for 20mins-1 hour is a lot better than doing nothing in the cab. There are adjustable dumbbells you can carry as well as elastic bands. Either will help you to get some exercise. And of course some of the best are good old calisthenics. Push up-even women's type, sit ups, crunchs, dips, pull ups, chin ups, side straddle hops, and all the rest can get you into good shape. Exercise builds muscle which uses more calories than fat cells. Diet controls weight. The two together have consistantly proven to be the best and safest way to stay healthy. There is never any good excuse not to get some type of exercise. Sleep is also another very important factor in good health. A little exercise helps you sleep better as well. Go get em' tiger.
