    Oversize experience
    Clean Class A CDL
    Good References and Employment History
    Driver Pay is 50 cents per mile OR 25% of Gross
    Average 2,000-2,500 miles per week when home on weekends
    Home most weekends (unless you want to stay out)
    Will be driving 1995 Peterbilt 379 with a 2007 Tarasport Stepdeck

    I think you should re-think your compensation package. The requirements you have............all the drivers that meet them are happily working on percentage somewhere else.

    I do flat and step work...........do not currently employ anyone other than myself; but know that if I were to expand that %pay is the only way I could steal anyone from another carrier.
