If you are a owner operator, DO NOT LEASE ON WITH FDF, they don't make you welcome, not a friendly atmosphere, my husband and i spent over two thousand dollars leasing on with this company was at this job two weeks never received a load. we were lied to told us they had to order a plug to hook up a tracker they never ordered the part,we spent $200 on a room for a weekend waiting for a part they never ordered. That Monday the terminal manager tell us we can use log books. He is very disrespectful to his employees, He used profound language in front of my husband and i he called one of the young men a boy. At that point we left.

Why anyone would come out of pocket with $$ to lease on to a company I just can't understand.
MachoCyclone, olddog_newtricks, DSK333 and 1 other person Thank this. -
Would that be "profane" language?
DSK333, Broke Down 69, TB John and 1 other person Thank this. -
No, I think it was profound language. Something along the lines of “Confuscius say man who leases on with company finds himself with less money.”

"I'll thank you not to use that type of language in my presence."
"I happen to have my young son in the car, and I don't want to hear that kind of language"Voodoo Pyg, BigBob410 and Lonesome Thank this. -
Now that's profoundly profane!

That usually means the O/O had to come up with their money for THEIR plates.
