Paccar MX13 Hydrocarbon Doser Code?

Good afternoon! we had an alternator go out on us couple weeks ago, immediately after start up from replacement of alternator a hard code for the "Aftertreatment 1 Hydrocarbon Doser 1" has been present (probably coincidence). The driver has stated that it consumes a ton of fuel and DEF but idles and accelerates perfectly fine. Anyone able to point me in the right direction? I have included a snip of the codes from the ELD, the frist code is new as of today, the bottom code is intermittent. The middle code has been constant for 17 days, any help is appreciated, thanks!
