    Make sure you specify Mississippi, every state scores it and even tests it differently.

    I believe you're allowed 1 GOAL and it's a point deduction every one after that, 2 points per cone, 10 points for not being inside the box.

    Mississippi uses the 2005 testing method heres my stupid question. When the manual says encroachment does encroachment mean every single cone or just the boundary line that the cones form
