I sure do get fed up with some of these so-called truck drivers. I can't tell you how many times I find a parking spot only to be denied because some idiot thinks that the yellow line at the back of the spot is for his/her tires to stop. That line is for the back of the trailer, not for whereever you have your tandems slid to that day. And don't come to me with the excuse that you can't tell where you are, it's called G.O.A.L. Quit being a lazy bum and do it.

do like i do go bang on the door and make them pull up...if they wont i'll push them up with my trailer.

I take up atleast 3-4 spots every time I park!
Just kiddin, I know what your sayin -
There was a driver on another forum that bumped a trailer that had parked into the space he backed into . He got into an argument with the other driver and told the whole story on the forum . Another member that remembered this driver posting pics of his truck on an earlier post contacted the member's carrier and that resulted in that driver being fired for not reporting the "accident" when he backed into the other truck .

I remember that, unbelievable. Yeah, I would not do the bump as the height of the other trailer could be off and you could knock out a taillight or something. But it does bother me.
Sometimes it goes row by row. If those in the first row don't back up all the way to the curb. If the trucks parking, facing them, don't back over the line they won't be able to clear to get out. It's a mess. Everyone needs to do their part.
I also like the drivers who park parallel in front of a row of trucks blocking everyone in even though there's still parking. And don't forget those who park along side the fuel island causing a traffic jam for those trying to get in and out of the lot. -
I would, I think I would always try to nice approach first, and go from there. Then if didn't move, move em

What about the guy that parks truck and trailer smack dab in the middle of a WalMart parking lot. Out local Walmart has a abandon movie theater parking lot, room for 50 trucks, and most every day there is a semi parked up front, like going for front row parking. And then wonder why more and more Walmarts and others want to ban 18's from parking. Then of course the mess' left behind too.
1nonly Thanks this. -
Had that the other night, i back up to within 1 inch of his trailer, my doors were in line with the front bumpers of trucks on either side. what's worse is the bobtail taking a slot when he can park ANYWHERE!!!! For him i've wanted to drop my trailer in front of his truck and park in the bobtail section.punkinhed Thanks this.

I think I'll have some super-sticky paper stickers made. You know, the ones that leave behind a mess when you try to peel them off?
Anyhow, they'll say something like, "Dear Friggin Pumpkin Headed ######, Thanks for parking your trailer over the line. Enjoy peeling this sticker off your window."

just get some of the stickers they use at Big Lots DC's for incoming loads they stick on your trailer. put in on his door, they stick really good to painted surfaces.
