    What is the pay ill recive when I am out with the trainer.

    Also what is the average miles I will see as a new driver when I go Solo

    what is the starting pay for newbie.

    Can a New driver go local or do I require experince

    For the 4 weeks you are with a driver trainer you will receive a flat payment (not based on miles). Generally, you will need to spend some time OTR before a local position is offered, however it's not unheard of if they have an opening when you finish with your trainer. While driving for GTI (2 1/2 Yrs, left in July 2011) I averaged between 400/450 miles per day for every day I was out. If you want to know current pay scales you should call one of their recruiters for current, accurate information.
