Peoplenet Workflow greyed out

    Hello. Does anyone know why my workflow is grey.
    I received inbox message with my load invitation, I accepted it but my loads never come to Workflow. I have done 4 loads already and really need my workflow this is slowing me down.

    Call dispatch. When that happened to me it was because something was wrong, usually no truck number. In any case, only dispatch can fix it and resend the dispatch.

    Mine takes awhile for load info to pop up. 10,15, maybe 20 minutes. I always hit the stupid button as soon as I get to loading plant to give it time to show up.
