Percentage pay

    Maybe I said incorrectly. Example: you work for a fleet on percentage pay. You you get the percentage of the whole load amount? Pretty much to the fleets take a cut.

    Load pays fleet 600
    Fleet pays you on 580 and not the 600

    % pay should be 25% of 100%, or whatever the agreed amount is. But yes, some co's skim something off the top BEFORE giving the driver his cut.
