I wish people would be more accurate. Although, in this case it doesn't matter. A "permit" holder, as many seem to call a CLP, Commercial Learners Permit, can drive as long as a "permit" holder, which is a person with a full, non-learners license, also known as a permit.

People people people......please use the correct terminology. I'm not talking about the technical stuff, but if you just got your CLP, you know #### well it's a LEARNERS permit. So, describe it as such.
