I know this isn’t a heavy duty diesel question…but the windshield wipers on our Peterbilt 335 won’t sit all the way down when off. They sit more than a quarter way up in the off position but will drop all the way down to the window when used. You can force the wipers down but will always go back to quarter way up the window if you use again. Would this be the windshield wiper motor? Thanks
