According to them, it's horse. I won't be buying Thier kit, I will.not buy something I can't see first and there are no pics of the actual suspension, just of the lowered truck.
Here is the message I reviewed from them.....
Dustin, thank you for the inquiry. We offer two air rides packages, one of which is self-leveling at ride height. The manufacturer of the self leveling air ride only supplies them to install shops for installation, which means I can not release them retail. Our package price on the self-leveling kits with a two day install is $4000 (for a standard install).
We also offer the Horse Air Ride system which is available for retail purchase with a price point that starts at $2600, without shipping. The Horse Kit is a manual pump and dump system and is not self-leveling at ride height. If interested, this kit is also available as a package that starts at $4000, which includes a two day standard install at our shop.
We have found that our customers who are interested in the ride versus how low their truck can go, lean toward the private label air ride system.
We do not post pictures or release pictures of the kit components or the install process.
Do not hesitate to contact us with any other questions.

some of the trucks that have his airride are on his ig. Maybe if you talk to him directly it would be better. you'd be better by first talking to some of these guys on instagram that have different type of airrides and how they are. -
I inquired with Hendrickson about their kit (which I really like the looks of) for an 89 379. They replied that one would have to get it approved through Peterbilt engineering before they would provide part numbers.
bulldog077 Thanks this. -
Yeah that's what I did, I paid $100 bucks to put in a engineering request with peterbilt.Oxbow Thanks this.

I've seen Peterbilt 389's in wrecking yards with factory front air suspension. I almost bought a whole chassis with thoughts of fitting it on my 379.
Oxbow and dustinbrock Thank this.
