idk but when the kiosk is down i just go to the fuel desk and they write down my card number and give my a shower....shop points and shower may be delayed if your company has an open account at the shop....

 

Every time the minimum wage is raised, more self serve is used by the hospitality industry, and fewer people are hired. And those that are hired, really don't want to be there, so give bad service. The kiosks are a way of life today, and corporate rules MUST be followed by the minimum wage clerks. And all corporate cares about is the next quarters earnings report, to keep their bonus.

And since TA/petro is owned by Hospitality properties trust, the quarterly earnings is all that matters.

Does not change the fact, as a consumer, who spends money, and is given piss poor service, we get angry.

Corporate will give lip service to the "customer is always right", give a refund and maybe even a free meal coupon, but that does not change the fact, that SSB did not get his shower, and everyone the next day suffered.

(NO offense SSB, hope you see the humor)

Super snack, you've got no reason to be sorry for your rant. T/A's are a joke. They lost my business before they could even get my business. I've applied for the ultra one card three times already and it still was never sent to my house. Well dang.. They must not want me as a customer that badly then. Why bother shopping somewhere if I can't utilize the rewards points they offer with the card? PFJ and love's will give you a rewards card right at the counter, why can't T/A do that too? This company is run by clueless, selfish Neanderthals who couldn't care less about their customers, proof by blatantly stealing your $10. What a shame.

 

When is the TA/Petro gonna go ahead and go Full Metal Jacket on the toilet stalls? With those big 2 inch gaps might as well remove all the stalls so we can see each other wipe, maybe even help each other, 'hey buddy you missed a spot, here let me get it for you' lol

 

I hope you all stay out of the TA/Petro, leaves more room for me, I'd rather stop there than the other dives.

 

I haven't paid for one the TA/Petro in a year, and with their fuel program they had last year, it was better than anything Love's or PFJ had going, wish they still had it, and I can get cash price where I can't at the others.

 

i bought a coffee maker at pilot a few years ago. it lasted about 45 days. i tried to return with no luck....any Chinese product you buy at (pfj) you have 30 days...31 days it up to you to send it back to china ....i think T/A PETRO is still 120 days guarantee...
