Phase training

My FM also said the transition is comming soon. I missed the training that they did in Gary, so he is trying to figure out what to do with me short of putting my back through Trainer Foundations. I guess I will find out soon enough.

 

Let me know if you guys find out whether or not regional guys can be involved. I'm home weekly, but usually just long enough for a reset.

 

From what Adam told me today, it might be hard for regional guys or 7/7 to train. He said that they want each student to do 11-13 days with a single trainer. I guess that means all the trainers will have to be national. That is a change I do not understand, but it must come from feedback that they have gotten from the other trainers and students. I doesn't really matter too much to me, we had a student that long in the old setup most of the time anyway. I do know that sometimes it would get pretty crazy with students doing a day or two with this guy, and then would get passed off to another trainer, and so on. I guess that is what they are trying to get away from. I hope that it works out the way they want it to.

 

Treefork, just ask Bill. He'll shoot you straight. He's a good guy and knows his stuff. If you have questions about that run it by him, he's been treating my former drivers well.

I can understand the training with one trainer for longer too. When I trained I was with Wayne W. for 15 days. 16+ if you count the reset. I saw him yesterday too. He remembered me on account of I have so many kids.

Wayne is great, and you don't have to worry about falling asleep because the glow of his safety green shirt will wake you up.

 

Well maybe I'll be ok after all. I was under the impression I was Midwest Regional, yet I went to Baltimore last Monday and this Tuesday I have to be in Middletown, CT. Guess the Midwest shifted. :/
