Pig Drivers

I hate sharing trucks. When I worked for Central we were forbidden to smoke in the trucks as trashed as they were. I smoke and would wait out the two hour trip which was no big deal. Just have a talk with your supervisor and he'll fix the problem.

A city driver? He has plenty of opportunity to smoke outside the truck. Lack of respect, me, me, me!

 

Get you a bottle of febreze and coat the dash and all of the vents. It will kill nearly all cigarette odors and it dries without leaving a mess!

 

Why not just leave skid marks on the seat? Forego the underwear completely...

I don't know how your terminals truck assignments work, but I always try to find someone to switch with at the beginning of the year. I switch mine with a day line-haul driver and it works out well. We're both always back in time for the other and the truck is spotless inside. I feel your pain with your truck getting trashed. I always keep mine clean and when someone trashes it I get pissed. I always say something to the driver in a nice way first but if they do it again I bring it up to management.

I heard of a driver that did that, said it reminded the other driver of a moon pie, now there are moon pie wrappers all over the inside of the cab...

 

Could be worse, this is what I get into every day. Everything is covered in dust and permanantly stained, I come home dirty just from being in the truck. Oh and the truck is a 2007 so it isn't like it is overly old.

 

He might more hints than that lol
