    I had a really postive experience with these folks.
    I ended up waiting at the job site for hours for the shipment, like over 6.
    Well then I get the call that they can't load the truck today. So I went home thinking if I'm lucky I'll get $100-$150. I got nothing from CH Robinson for waiting over 7 hours to get unloaded, and the same for Mercer.
    Well I got a revised confirmation without asking of $550!
