I currently work for Jb hunt intermodal account but I’ve been thinking about getting into LTL & applying at Pitt Ohio in one of the NJ terminals but would it be a good idea. If anyone on here knows anything about Pitt Ohio do you have to work the dock is the freight consistent? Things of that nature.
Anyone with information on Pitt Ohio?

Pitt Ohio been around a long time so probably pretty stable company. Since you haven’t applied I would apply and if your resume is good enough to grant an interview I would go from there. Now I don’t know how the interview process is so it might not be the first interview but if you get an interview with the terminal manager he would answer all your questions might take a couple of times b4 you get to him or her.LTL companies are for the most part good jobs even if you do start out on the dock it really isn’t bad imo most everything is moved by fork lifts. Most all LTL companies are seniority based so could take a while but worth it after you get a couple years in.
