Please help!

If you had a valid card at your old job & were switching carriers they made you take a new Med Card Test?

Did the new Dr take your old card away as that one is still valid until the expiry date, maybe not with this carrier but its still valid.

 

If that's the case track down the other dr and get a duplicate card.

 

CPAP machine saved my life. My test was unreal. No breathing for 43 seconds a minute. 93 "events" an hour. Oxygen saturation of 73% which is = to an 80 year old person with COPD. Now, I look forward to sleeping....the change is greater than night and day.

 

Will he need to take out a loan to do that? If so, I'm praying you'll help him get one or just outright loan it to him yourself.

 

He said he may loose his home so

As long as its still filed with the DLD you don't need a duplicate & if you still have the long form your good.

 

Yeah to be on the safe side if it's asked for if stopped etc. All LE agencies can't just pull it up. Assuming he has his long form.

 

I was under the impression that it did not need to be carried anymore because if its not filed at the DLD the license is suspended.

 

Take some time to contact your congressmen and outline your situation. Make it clear that you're facing financial ruin as a result of poorly written Federal rules.
