If it turns out like all those kind of lawsuits the lawyers will split a $250 million jackpot, Jerry Moyes will have to serve domestic wine at his parties for a month or so and 80000 drivers will each get a $20 gift card to Olive Garden.

What there should be is a class action lawsuit against every company that pays HHMG miles.

It's always wonderful to pick up the bills where it is written that the shipper is paying for 442 miles on a 442 mile drive and then see that I'm only getting 387 miles paid to me.

 

I got like a 1.25 settlement check because someone sued the school in Fontana. Yay.
