For my 1st question on the forum, I am trying to find a way to fight an overweight ticket. I have browsed the net but cannot find an answer to the question on DOT regs as to frequency of cal. and logging of calibration
If anyone can point me in the right direction or has experience with this, I would be greatly appreciative. I'm in La., unfortunately!

Our plant is required to carry out a calibration and certification once a year by MN weight and measurement division.
I'd think portables used by any state for enforcement would have similar requirements.
